Ilic agreed terms late last year after being informed he had no future at Anderlecht and the formalities were finally concluded this week.
The 34-year-old has signed an 18-month deal and coach Edward Sturing will hope the Serbian can add a touch of steel to his side.
A move for former German international Rink has been plunged into doubt after it was revealed he has been talking to other clubs.
The striker was expected to sign a deal this week, once he had severed ties with Olympiakos Nicosia, but it has now been revealed that other clubs are looking to hijack the deal.
Vitesse are waiting to hear from Rink before passing comment on the situation.
