Zlatan snubs Ajax deal
The Sweden international has two years remaining on his present deal but has spurned an extension with the Dutch giants.
He has been linked with an exit before the start of this season, with Roma, Barcelona and Marseille all on Ibrahimovic's trail.
But the angular front man is ready to spend another campaign in De Eredivisie before taking the plunge in one of Europe's bigger leagues.
"We have rejected the extension with Ajax," Ibrahimovic's agent Mino Raiola told Expressen.
"The most likely thing is that he plays another year for Ajax and takes the next big step in the summer of 2005.
"Then, he will end up in one of the big leagues in Europe and Ajax will get a good price for Zlatan."
Raiola also confirmed that Italian outfit Roma are in pole position to sign Ibrahimovic despite Cesare Prandelli having replaced Fabio Capello as coach.
He added: "I can confirm that AS Roma are interested in a deal this summer.
"Admittedly the club has changed coach but the interest in Zlatan remains big."
