Rzasa wanted Leeds move
The 31-year-old netted a stunning goal in The Whites' 4-2 win over Darlington this week, however manager Kevin Blackwell wanted to see more of the Poland international.
Rzasa has played in the UEFA Champions League along with winning the Uefa Cup with Feyenoord and was unhappy Leeds were unable to offer what had been agreed.
"I'm bitterly disappointed as I wanted to join Leeds," explained Rzasa to Polish paper Super Express. "Before the trial we agreed financial issues.
"Now they tell me the club have financial problems and they can't sign a contract with me.
"Kevin Blackwell asked me to stay and play with the team a little longer, but how long can I wait?
"I have played in the Champions League, I've won the Uefa Cup, I'm a Polish international and Leeds had an opportunity to see my skills."
Rzasa is unlikely to start the season without a club with German Bundesliga outfit Wolfsburg and Nurnberg both vying for his signature.
