Korean offer for PSV

PSV Eindhoven have received an offer to participate in another tournament in Korea.

PSV Eindhoven have received an offer to participate in another lucrative tournament in South Korea.

Last year the Dutch giants took part in the Peace Cup in the Far East and promptly picked up ‚é¼2 million for winning the competition.

They have now been offered the chance to return to Korea to play in another tournament, although the date has not been confirmed.

PSV boast a strong Korean connection with Park Ji-sung and Lee Young-pyo on their books while coach Guus Hiddink guided the co-hosts to the semi-finals of the 2002 World Cup.

Hiddink is now likely to have the chance to return to the country where he is idolised, if PSV accept the offer.

The Philips Stadion side are also looking to head to Miami for a training camp during the winter break in De Eredivisie.
