Yeovil Town are taking a closer look at Southampton midfielder Arron Davies.
Yeovil Town are taking a closer look at another Southampton youngster in midfielder Arron Davies.The 20-year-old, who spent time on loan at League One side Barnsley last season, had stated his interest in taking a fresh loan spell in September.
The youngster is well down the pecking order at St Mary's and has since decided to try his luck with Gary Johnson's League Two high-flyers.
Davies impressed in Yeovil's reserves on Monday, as the club's second string defeated their Bristol Rovers counterparts 4-1 at The Memorial Stadium.
His trial at Huish Park follows Southampton team-mate Stuart Anderson's similar run out with The Glovers last month.
