Duo sign new Coventry deals
Richard Shaw and Trevor Benjamin have agreed new deals at Coventry.
Veteran defender Richard Shaw and striker Trevor Benjamin have agreed new one-year deals at Coventry City.The 37-year-old stopper is in his testimonial year with The Sky Blues having joined from Crystal Palace back in 1995.
Shaw's last deal with the club expired in the summer but Micky Adams has handed him a fresh 12-month contract.
Striker Trevor Benjamin was also out-of-contract at the end of the season but he too has been handed a new one-year deal.
The former Leicester man has been struggling to rebuild his reputation after a £1.5 million move to The Foxes failed to work out.
They are joined by Coventry youngster Craig Reed, who has signed a new one-year deal with the Midlands club.
Isaac Osbourne is also set to sign a new deal, as Adams continues to shape his squad for the coming season.
