Inter land Wome

Internazionale have completed the signing of defender Pierre Wome.

The full back opted to head out of Brescia following their relegation to Serie B and quickly emerged as a target for Inter boss Roberto Mancini.

Mancini believes Wome has the experience to aid Inter next term and a one-year deal was thrashed out on Thursday.

After completing the formalities of the transfer, Inter technical director Marco Branca confirmed they had been on the trail of Wome for some time.

"Wome has been one of our key aims for a few months," he told the club's official website.

"We are happy to have added a technically useful player to our team.

"Wome is a young player with the right experience, both in Italy and internationally, to slot straight into Roberto Mancini's squad."
