Town let Fowler leave

Huddersfield have allowed Lee Fowler to join Scarborough on loan.

Huddersfield have allowed Lee Fowler to join Scarborough on loan.

The 22-year-old has moved to The McCain Stadium on an initial month-long deal.

"He has played at a higher level but he needs to start to play some games again so he is ideal for us," said manager Neil Redfearn.

Meanwhile, Redfearn has also signed Halifax goalkeeper Ian Dunbavin on loan until Christmas.

Dunbavin has been axed by Halifax after a recent drink-driving conviction.

Redfearn is also looking at two trialists. Former Barnsley and Rochdale midfielder Sean McClare and ex-Newcastle trainee Karl Colley.
