Forest seal Clingan deal

Nottingham Forest have clinched a deal for Wolves midfielder Sammy Clingan.

The 22-year-old has penned a two-and-a-half-year deal at The City Ground.

Forest have held a long-term interest in Clingan after impressing on loan at Chesterfield.

Clingan could make his debut in this Friday's clash with Barnsley, live on Sky Sports.

The Northern Ireland Under-21 international is Forest's third signing of the month following the arrivals of Grant Holt and Julian Bennett.
