Alan Brooks, Michael Bostwick and Ross Gaynor have all committed themselves to The Lions, who will be playing in League One next season.
Teenage goalkeeper Brooks has signed a one-year contract with Millwall after being on the bench for the final game of the season at Crewe on Sunday.
Bostwick, who has recently been on loan at Conference side Crawley Town, has also penned a 12-month extension.
Striker Gaynor was offered a two-year contract by The Lions last month and has now signed the terms put to him.
All three players have yet to make their Millwall debuts, but could play a role under the club's new manager next season.
