Fabio Grosso profile
A versatile left-sided player, Palermo's Fabio Grosso is comfortable at either full back or on the left wing.
The free kick specialist has appeared for Italy a number of times (14 at the time of writing), scoring one goal, and made his debut in a friendly against Switzerland in April 2003.
"He has been approached by many top clubs."

Grosso started his career for Renato Curi, going on to play for Chieti, Teramo, Perugia and his current team Palermo, with whom he secured promotion to Serie A in 2004.
The 28-year-old's versatility will provide cover anywhere on the left flank for Italy, and gives them plenty of options - perfect for a major tournament like the World Cup finals.
He contributed six goals in 67 games for Perugia after competing at a lower level with Chieti and Teramo, learning his trade in his homeland.
The Palermo ace scored against Scotland during the World Cup qualifying draw in Glasgow, after coming on as a substitute.
