Ariza Makukula has shrugged off talk of a move in order to forge a career at Sevilla.
Ariza Makukula is determined to shrug off talk of a transfer in order to forge a career at Sevilla.
The powerful striker has endured a torrid time with injuries and has been linked with a loan move to build up his match fitness.
Portuguese outfit Maritimo have been linked with an offer, but Makukula wants the chance to play for Juande Ramos' side this season.
"I am in excellent condition and now I do not think about my exit from the club," said Makukula.
"It is not a dream for me (to move) because I wish to stay in Sevilla.
"But if I am forced to demonstrate my quality at a club in the Segunda Division, my preference will be Salamanca."
