Felix Sarriugarte has been rocked by yet another injury setback to his midfield at struggling Athletic Bilbao.The fourth from bottom Basque country side have already lost Tiko to a cruciate ligament injury for the rest of the season.
But team-mate Pablo Orbaiz has now followed him into the treatment room with ligament damage to his left knee as well.
The 27-year-old sustained the problem in Sunday's first win of the season away at Gimnastic in Tarragona.
He has been ruled out for a minimum four weeks and will miss the games at home to Celta Vigo and Racing Santander and the away ties at Osasuna and Valencia.
