Keane's warning for Wallace
Roy Keane admits Ross Wallace could pay a heavy price for his sending-off at Hull.
Roy Keane has warned Sunderland midfielder Ross Wallace he could pay a heavy price for his second sending-off of the season.
Wallace was dismissed during his side's 1-0 victory at Hull on Saturday when he picked up a second yellow card for celebrating his match-winner.
The 21-year-old had earlier been cautioned for dissent, the second occasion he has been booked for the offence this term.
Black Cats boss Keane is more upset with Wallace's first yellow card and admits the midfielder may not reclaim his place in the team upon his return from suspension.
"I was okay with him," Keane told Sky Sports News. "Obviously he is young and it will be a learning experience for him.
"He set himself up with his first booking for dissent. I wouldn't be too harsh with him for the second one.
"But the first one he has done it before, he's done it at Derby.
"He's the one who's going to suffer. If someone comes into the team and does well, he won't get back in the team, so he will have to deal with that."
