Trevor Benjamin has joined Boston from Peterborough on a one-month loan deal. The striker has fallen down the pecking order at London Road this season and Posh boss Darren Ferguson has decided to let him go elsewhere to get some more games under his belt.
Benjamin is set to go straight into Boston's squad for Saturday's trip to Darlington.
Lloyd Opara, meanwhile, has also left Peterborough after having his contact cancelled by mutual consent.
"I am obviously disappointed it didn't work out, but that sometimes happens in football," Opara told the club's official website.
"The club has progressed a lot in my time here and the players here now should be good enough to see Posh get out of this league.
"I have enjoyed my time and I would obviously like to thank everyone for their support."
