A second Serie A player has tested positive for using cocaine in the space of a month.

Messina goalkeeper Nicholas Caglioni has been named by the Italian Olympic Committee (CONI).

The positive result came after Messina's clash with Catania on February 11.

Caglioni's positive comes after Sampdoria striker Francesco Flachi tested positive after a match against Internazionale earlier this season.
