Olivier Kapo has confessed he would be interested in joining Marseille in the summer.

The French midfielder, who is currently on loan at Levante, came close to joining l'OM during the January transfer window.

Kapo remains keen to ply his trade at the Stade Velodrome and has refused to rule out the possibility of a summer switch.

"I was very happy such a great club as l'OM could be attracted by me," Kapo said.

"We will see at the end of the season."

Kapo's agent admitted a possibility, as he told France Football: "I have been contacted by l'OM but it was not possible as he is signed with Levante."

Meanwhile, Sedan ace Nadir Belhadj has also revealed he came close to joining Marseille, before signing an agreement with Lyon.

Belhadj said: "I would have loved to go there, but the officials could not find an agreement."

The 24-year-old defender will link up with Lyon at the end of the current campaign.
