Pirates land duo

Bristol Rovers have completed the signings of Andy Williams and Joe Jacobson.

Striker Williams has arrived from Hereford after rejecting a new contract at Edgar Street, although because he is under 24 - The Bulls will be due compensation.

Jacobson arrives on a free transfer from Cardiff City. He enjoyed a loan spell at the Memorial Stadium last season.

Both player's have signed three-year contracts.
