Dundee hand Jim McIntyre manager's job after Neil McCann sacking

Dundee have appointed Jim McIntyre as the club's new manager following Neil McCann's sacking on Tuesday.
McIntyre has been handed a one-year rolling contract and will be presented to the media on Thursday lunchtime after meeting Dundee's players.
The 46-year-old guided Dunfermline to promotion to the Scottish Premiership in 2011 in his first managerial role.
McIntyre then took the reins at Queen of the South where he helped the club to a fourth-place finish in the Scottish Championship.
He took the manager's job at Ross County in 2014, and led the Staggies to Scottish League Cup glory in 2016 before scooping the SFWA Manager of the Year award.
Dundee, who visit Livingston on Saturday, have lost seven of their eight matches this season and are bottom of the Scottish Premiership.
