Dundee have sacked manager Jim McIntyre a week after their relegation from the Scottish Premiership was confirmed.
The 46-year-old joined Dundee in October but was unable to keep the club in the top flight, with a home defeat to Hamilton on May 4 consigning them to the Scottish Championship.
McIntyre won just three of his 31 matches in charge at Dens Park, losing 20. Assistant manager Jimmy Boyle has also left the club.
A statement from Dundee read: "We would like to thank Jim and Jimmy for their efforts while in charge and wish them all the best for the future."
McIntyre's final game in charge saw Dundee pick up a rare victory as they secured a 1-0 win at Livingston on Saturday.
Dundee have not confirmed who will be in charge for the side's final game of the season, at home to St Mirren on Saturday.
James McPake will take charge of Dundee training this week and be in the dugout leading the team for the final game of the season on Saturday against St Mirren.
McPake is currently the Dundee U18s coach, and a former Dundee captain who retired from playing last year after injury to move into coaching.
No timescale has been set for appointing McIntyre's replacement, but managing director John Nelms is due to address the media this week following relegation to the Championship.
