Rangers boss Mark Warburton will be able to call upon his first two signings of the January transfer window for the Scottish Cup fourth round match.
Both winger Harry Forrester - signed from Doncaster - and ex-Lech Poznan goalkeeper Maciej Gostomski are in Warburton's squad for the Sky Live contest.
Andy Halliday is also free to play after winning an appeal against the red card he received against Hibernian on December 28 but young goalkeeper Liam Kelly has joined East Fife on loan.
Winger David Templeton and goalkeeper Cammy Bell are still out with knee injuries.
Cowdenbeath's new signing from Morton, goalkeeper Grant Adam, is cup-tied so 18-year-old Jamie Sneddon will continue in goal despite suffering from a thigh injury.
Andy Murdoch, who has been on loan from Rangers, drops out and Kyle Miller is absent with a foot injury however Dean Brett will return after illness.
