New Kilmarnock manager Lee Clark will watch from the Rugby Park stands on Tuesday as Killie take on Rangers in their William Hill Scottish Cup fifth-round replay.

Clark, who was unveiled on Monday, will leave team selection to Lee McCulloch and Peter Leven, who have both agreed to stay on as assistant manager and first-team coach repectively.

Since Gary Locke's departure Killie drew the original tie at Ibrox before Saturday's morale-boosting 2-0 win at Motherwell, moving above the Fir Park club in the process.

Left-back Stevie Smith is a doubt with a hip injury, while midfielder Jamie Hamill (ankle) remains on the sidelines alongside long-term absentees Darryl Westlake (ankle) and Chris Johnston (knee).

Rangers Michael O'Halloran shot is saved by Alloa keeper Scott Gallacher during the Ladbrokes Scottish Championship match at the Indodrill Stadium, Alloa.

Kallum Higginbotham will also miss out as he completes a two-match ban following his ordering off in the first game in Govan.

Michael O'Halloran and Billy King again drop out of the Rangers squad for the trip to Ayrshire.

O'Halloran, who scored on his first start in the battling 1-1 draw at Alloa on Saturday, and fellow January signing King are cup-tied having already featured in the competition for St Johnstone and Hearts.
