Dane could make Hull debut against Stoke

Henrik Pedersen is hoping to make his Hull City debut on Saturday to give manager Phil Brown a selection headache. The Danish utility player signed for the Championship club last month, but his bow has been on hold due to an Achilles injury. Pedersen has built up his fitness in the reserves and is now aiming to feature in the weekend's game with Stoke City. Fellow new signing Jay-Jay Okocha could also figure, with Pedersen predicting Hull boss Brown to have a dilemma on his hands. "I've been involved in three games now to build up my fitness and hopefully I will play some part on Saturday against Stoke," said Pedersen. "Jay-Jay should also come into contention and with the quality that we've already got in the squad, with the likes of Bryan Hughes and Caleb Folan, then the gaffer could have a difficult job on his hands to pick the team."
