Brazilian rewarded with new deal at Emirates Stadium
Arsenal starlet Denilson has signed a new long-term contract at the club.
The 19-year-old broke into the side last season and he impressed when called upon last term.
Arsenal have now moved to reward the former Sao Paulo youngster with a new improved contract to extend his stay at Emirates Stadium.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger was delighted with the news of Denilson's new deal and has tipped the Brazilian for a big future.
Quality
"I am pleased, very pleased," Wenger said of Denilson's new deal.
"Denilson is a great player. For me, he is underrated.
"He does not get all the praise his performances suggest, but that will come very quickly.
"He has played big games, but he has shown he can cope with the pressure and produce quality performances.
"I expect him to make a big impact."
