England Women have climbed to their highest ever position in the FIFA world rankings, jumping to second place just two months after the appointment of Phil Neville.
They have overtaken Germany from third to second as the top-ranked side in Europe with only the United States ahead of them in top spot.
England's rise comes after they finished as runners-up to the USA in the She Believes Cup where they were beaten 1-0 in the final.
Earlier in the tournament, England had defeated France 4-1 and drew with Germany 2-2.
The Lionesses are confident they can knock the champions off first place with only 73 points separating them, tweeting: "We're coming for you".
Scotland have moved up a place to 22nd, while Wales are up a place to 34th and Northern Ireland have fallen a place to 56th.
In other England women news, midfielder Leah Williamson can look forward to more success with Arsenal after signing a new 'long-term' contract with the club on Thursday.
