Bethany England scored twice as Chelsea overcame Arsenal 3-0 in the Women's FA Cup fifth round on Sunday.
In what was a repeat of the 2018 final, Jonna Andersson was also on target as Chelsea got the better of their London rivals.
Elsewhere, Manchester City, who are the current Women's Super League leaders, cruised past Tottenham Hotspur 3-0 with goals from Steph Houghton, Lauren Hemp and Gemma Bonner.
Also in action were Liverpool, who beat Millwall 2-0, while Manchester United got the better of London Bees 3-0 and Reading saw off Birmingham City 2-1 thanks to a late winner from Rakel Honnudottir.
Meanwhile, Leanne Kiernan scored a stunning hat-trick to help West Ham come from a goal down to avoid a surprise home defeat to Northern Premier side Huddersfield, the lowest-ranked team left in the last 16.
Lisa Robertson scored from the halfway line as Durham produced the shock of the fifth round at Bristol City.
Robertson scored twice as Durham won 2-0 at City, fifth in the Women's Super League, to progress to the last eight.
And finally, Jodie Hutton scored a hat-trick and the decisive penalty in the shootout as Aston Villa came from 3-1 down with just six minutes left to beat Sheffield United on penalties.
The draw for the quarter-finals takes place on Monday at 6.45pm.
