Joss Labadie could return to bottom club Newport's starting line-up at home to Morecambe.

Labadie has been out since September with two hamstring injuries but came off the bench in Tuesday's 2-0 home loss to Stevenage - Newport's third successive league defeat.

Josh O'Hanlon should also be back to partner Rhys Healey up front after being rested in midweek.

But midfielder Sean Rigg serves the second game of a three-match ban and winger Reece Grego-Cox has returned to parent club QPR due to injury.

Morecambe have defender Alex Whitmore suspended for two more Sky Bet League Two matches, while midfielder Kevin Ellison is also banned.

Ellison must serve a one-game ban after collecting his fifth yellow card of the season.

Striker Cole Stockton is a doubt with the knock he sustained in Tuesday's Checkatrade Trophy match at Scunthorpe.
