Barnsley v Stoke preview

Winger banned for Tykes, Potters may be unchanged

Jamal Campbell-Ryce will be missing for Barnsley, while Stoke City could be unchanged for the trip to Oakwell. Much to manager Simon Davey's fury, Campbell-Ryce was sent off during Saturday's 3-2 defeat at Bristol City. The winger was shown a second yellow card for diving and serves a one-match suspension. Davey has been boosted by the news that Martin Devaney is fit to play after the winger suffered a calf injury at Ashton Gate. Barnsley are hoping defender Rob Kozluk can shake off a thigh injury, while German left-back Dominik Werling could return to the squad after his recent suspension. Bobby Hassell, recalled to the bench on Saturday after long-term injury, will again be looking to be involved.

Stoke news

After beating promotion favourites West Brom on Saturday, Stoke may be unchanged for the third game in a row. Potters boss Tony Pulis is certainly not expected to tinker too much with a winning formula as his side look to maintain their push for a play-off spot at least. Stephen Wright (head wound) has been missing for the last two games, but may feature in the squad although Dominic Matteo (foot) is still out. Salif Diao is nearing match fitness and Pulis has hinted he could feature in the coming weeks, but the game at Oakwell is expected to come too soon for the midfielder. Striker Ricardo Fuller will again lead the line in attack and is bang in form after five goals in his last two outings - including a hat-trick against Albion.
