Australian leaves on loan; Keita's contract cancelled

Blackburn Rovers midfielder Rostyn Griffiths has joined Gretna on loan until the end of the season. Griffiths penned a new contract with Rovers on Thursday that will keep him at Ewood Park until summer 2009. But the 19-year-old Australian, who is a product of Blackburn's youth academy, has joined Gretna on loan and could make his debut against Hearts on 9th February. Meanwhile, Mamadi Keita has had his contract cancelled and has joined Bundesliga side Hamburg.
