Chesterfield have signed former Wolves and Cardiff winger Kevin Cooper on a short-term deal until the end of the season. The 32-year-old, who was recently released from his contract at Cardiff, is expected to go straight into the Spireites squad for the trip to Grimsby. Manager Lee Richardson was delighted to land the experienced winger. "I am delighted that Kevin Cooper has agreed to join us," said Richardson. "He is a quality player who had other options apart from Chesterfield."
