Striker happy to remain with the Dragons
Wrexham striker Rob Duffy has expressed his delight after extending his loan deal with a view to making the move permanent.
The Welsh striker is on loan from non-league Oxford and will sign a new deal when his current agreement with the club runs out.
The 25-year-old was set to make his first start for the Dragons against MK Dons last weekend but the game was called off due to a frozen pitch.
Duffy has made two appearances as substitute for the League Two outfit since his arrival and is happy that his immediate future has been finalised.
"I'm really happy to be staying on at Wrexham," he told the
club's official website.
"I've enjoyed my time so far and this is a good club to be at.
"Obviously, I was disappointed not to get the chance of playing, but I like training here and will be ready when called upon."
