Paris Saint-Germain brand to feature in League of Legends

Paris Saint-Germain have become the latest sports franchise to enter into eSports, according to reports.
French online media company Webedia and its subsidiary Bang Bang Management have purchased Team Huma and their League of Legends European Challenger Series place, according to ESPN.
This comes a week after PSG announced their partnership with Webedia, who will manage PSG's eSports interests allowing them to licence the name, logos, images and brand of the Parisian club.
The roster for Team Huma was disbanded in mid-August when Riot Games, developer of League Of Legends, ruled that the team's owner, Behdad Jaafarian, had not been paying the squad's minimum wage.
Riot also ruled that Jaafarian must sell the team. In order to participate in Riot-sanctioned League Of Legends games, all professional teams and their players must be paid a minimum wage as compensation for competing.
Team Huma was sold to Webedia for around £57,000, and - due to its partnership with PSG - the team will be rebranded as Paris Saint-Germain eSports.
PSG eSports will make their debut in next year's League Of Legends European Challenger series and join Schalke 04 in the tournament, after the German club acquired LOL team Elements earlier this year.
With two football teams already entering the market, how long will it be before a Premier League team enters the fray?
