Tunisia have named Humberto Coelho as their new coach.

Former Portugal coach succeeds Lemerre

Tunisia have named Humberto Coelho as their new coach. The former Portugal chief has replaced Roger Lemerre having been confirmed on Tuesday in his new role. The announcement came just a day after Tunisia suffered a shock 2-1 defeat in their opening World Cup qualifier against Burkina Faso. Coelho, 58, has previous experience of working in Africa following a stint with Morocco in 2000. The appointment ends a three-month search for a new coach, with Lemerre set to take charge of Morocco.
