Winger leaves Royals for Fratton Park
Portsmouth have signed winger Glen Little on a one-year deal from Reading.
Little made just two appearances as a substitute last season due to a troublesome Achilles injury as the Royals suffered relegation from the Premier League.
Steve Coppell had been keen to retain the services of the former Burnley wide-man and had expressed his hope that Little would remain at the Madejski Stadium.
But Little rejected the club's offer of a new contract and has agreed terms on a switch to join Harry Redknapp at Fratton Park.
Reading director of football Nick Hammond told the club's
official website: "We offered Glen a new contract, but it appears that the lure of the Premier League and European football proved too strong."
