Midfielder Kevin Thornton has joined Brighton from Coventry on a month-long loan deal.
The 22-year-old was handed his Coventry bow by Brighton boss Micky Adams during his tenure at the Ricoh Arena and has made 50 Championship appearances for the Sky Blues.
Former boss Adams is delighted to bring Thornton into his squad ahead of Saturday's League One trip to Northampton.
He told Brighton's
official website: "Kevin is an exciting young talent, who likes to get on the ball and play.
"He is going to be an exciting addition to the squad."
