Striker moved on after third breach in club discipline

Chester City have cancelled the loan contract of Paul Taylor after the striker breached club discipline for a third time. Taylor joined the League Two club in the summer from Vauxhall Motors with a view to a permanent move in January. However, his loan contract has now been torn up after he made himself unavailable for Saturday's game at Gillingham. The 21-year-old had already been issued with a written warning by Chester manager Simon Davies earlier this month after failing to make the match at Chesterfield. During his time with Chester, Taylor failed to score in 10 appearances, with eight of those coming from the substitutes' bench.
