Ainsworth leaves Hereford

Watford have recalled winger Lionel Ainsworth from his loan spell at League One side Hereford. The 21-year-old has been back with his former club since the end of November and scored a brace in last weekend's 5-0 thumping of Oldham. His loan was due to expire after this weekend's clash with Walsall but he is now in contention to face Crystal Palace in the FA Cup fourth round. "I am a Watford boy and hope I have done enough to get a place in the first team," said Ainsworth.
