Agent admits move will not go ahead
Luis Fabiano's agent has admitted the Brazilian is disappointed not to be joining AC Milan.
Milan have been tracking the Sevilla striker for much of the summer but have not been able to agree a fee with their Spanish counterparts.
Rossoneri chiefs confirmed earlier this week that their pursuit of Fabiano had 'failed'.
The 28-year-old's representative Jose Fuentes accepts that a move is now almost certainly not going to go ahead.
"If Milan have described the deal as blocked, I now have to think it's the end, which is the truth," Fuentes told
Calciomercato.it.
Hope
"I continue to hope to go to Milan but listening to Milan say this, my hope also dies.
"The most important thing if Milan want, if they really want to do this deal, is for (Milan vice-president Adriano) Galliani to contact (Sevilla president Jose Maria) Del Nido, let him talk directly to the Sevilla president.
"I've talked to Luis, he's a bit disappointed not to be going to Milan, but life goes on.
"The Milan lawyer said 'never say never' right? So I still have a bit of hope."
