Albanian winger heading to Germany
Burnley have reached an agreement with Arminia Bielefeld regarding the sale of Besart Berisha.
The German outfit had been tracking the Albania international for some time, but were unwilling to match the Clarets' valuation.
However, a compromise has now been reached, allowing the 24-year-old winger to complete a move to Bielefeld.
"In the end they lowered their asking price to what we agreed on a few weeks ago," Bielefeld general manager Detlev Dammeier told
Bild.
"Besart is now able to sign his contract at our club and we are delighted.
"He is not fully fit just now, but everything else is fine."
Reports suggest Bielefeld will spend around £75,000 on a player Burnley took from Hamburg in 2007.
During his time in England he failed to make a competitive appearance and he will be hoping for better luck over the course of his three-year contract in Germany.
