Midfielder agrees two-year extension after impressing Still

Dagenham & Redbridge midfielder Billy Bingham will stay at the League Two club until 2012 after signing a two-year contract extension. Bingham joined the Daggers from Crystal Palace towards the end of last season and he made his debut in the 3-0 win over Lincoln in August. He has impressed during his short time at the club and manager John Still feels the youngster has a bright future. Still told the Barking and Dagenham Post: "I like Billy a lot as a player and I'm very happy that he has agreed to a new deal. "We now have a fine group of young players at this club, with the likes of Billy, Graeme Montgomery, Wes Thomas, Steven Demetriou and Harlee Dean to name a few. "If we can keep bringing them on, then I'm sure they will continue to do well for us."
