Loan duo out for Orient while pair return for Rovers

Leyton Orient host Tranmere at Brisbane Road on Tuesday as the two League One sides go head-to-head for the second time in the FA Cup first round. Tranmere salvaged a draw 10 days ago to take the clash to a replay after Chris Shuker's second-half strike equalised Luke Ashworth's early opener. The two sides meet again in the league on Saturday and with both teams battling it out at the bottom of the table it remains to be seen whether either manager will rest their main players ahead of the weekend's clash. Orient have not won in five while Rovers are without a win in four so both sides will be looking for a victory to kick-start their season.

Orient manager Geraint Williams will be without loan duo Andros Townsend [Tottenham] and Luke Summerfield [Plymouth], who have been denied permission by their parent clubs to feature. However defender Tamika Mkandawire has a chance of returning following a head injury that has kept him sidelined for the last three games. Tranmere are boosted by the return of Charlie Barnett and Shaleum Logan from suspension. Former Liverpool midfielder John Welsh serves a one-match ban after being booked for the fifth time this season in the 2-0 defeat at Norwich.
