Toffees boss hails striker as 'unplayable'

David Moyes praised four-goal hero Louis Saha as Everton fought back to claim a sensational 5-3 victory at home to Blackpool. Blackpool had come from 2-1 down to lead 3-2 with just over an hour gone of a frenetic contest at Goodison Park. But Saha's third levelled the scores and he completed the scoring with his eighth goal in his last six games, after a superb Jermaine Beckford volley had put the hosts ahead. The Toffees boss told Sky Sports: "He (Saha) was unplayable and unstoppable. Use whatever words you want to use, but that was Louis today. "He took his goals great and he led the line brilliantly getting other people into the game."

Tribute

Moyes also payed tribute to Ian Holloways team for coming to play their usual attacking brand of football. "I've had a chance to see them (Blackpool) a few times and they're great entertainment for anybody watching them," he said. "For us and our supporters today it was a really good result and a good performance as well albeit a couple of defensive lapses. We had to score five goals to win it. "I thought we would go on and capitalise after we went 2-1 ahead but anybody will tell you that Blackpool score goals but fortunately we've been able to take our chances when we got them. "Our performances have been pretty good and I thought we were good today and the crowd were great. They kept going because they recognised that we needed the result."
