David Moyes does not believe anyone will ever match Sir Alex Ferguson's record of 25 years in charge of one club.
Sir Alex Ferguson marks a quarter of a century as Manchester United manager this weekend, a period which has seen him win an incredible 37 trophies.
Moyes, who will have been at the Everton helm for a decade next March, is full of admiration for his fellow Scot.
And he believes Ferguson has set a record which will prove to be unbreakable.
"To stay 25 years at one club, especially one like Manchester United, is unbelievable," said the Toffees manager ahead of his side's clash with Newcastle on Saturday.
Influence
"We are all saying '25 years' as though it is something very easy.
"To be at that club for that long and have the achievements he has had is something.
"It is something which I don't think will ever be done again."
Moyes said Ferguson's experience in the game was also a help to colleagues in need of advice.
"I think he has been a big influence on a lot of managers because if you need help you can pick up the phone," he added.
