Villa legend and former Charlton boss are on the sofa

Paul McGrath and Alan Curbishley are the special guests on this week's Goals on Sunday. Aston Villa legend McGrath and former Charlton and West Ham manager Curbishley will join Ben Shephard and Chris Kamara in the studio to review the best of Saturday's action and look forward to a mouth-watering Sunday schedule. Having grown up in Dublin, McGrath was signed for Manchester United by Ron Atkinson in 1982 and quickly earned plaudits for his physicality and reading of the game. Despite several knee injuries, McGrath made 200 appearances for the Red Devils before Aston Villa paid £400,000 for his services in 1989. While at Villa Park, he earned cult status and was ultimately hailed as one of the greatest players in the club's history. McGrath also racked up 83 caps for the Republic of Ireland - featuring in two World Cups in the process. Curbishley, meanwhile, played for both the clubs he has managed during an impressive playing career that saw him honoured by England U21s - also turning out for Villa, Birmingham and Brighton & Hove Albion. After hanging up his boots, Curbs was quickly into management and in some style - masterminding Charlton's meteoric rise to the Premier League for the 1998/99 season. He was named Manager of the Month within a few weeks in the top flight, and despite the Addicks slipping to relegation on a dramatic final day of the season, Curbishley led them back to the Premier League with an emphatic second-tier title the following term. Having left The Valley in 2006 amid rumours he was being considered for the England post, Curbishley later enjoyed a period in charge of his first club, West Ham, who he saved from relegation in the 2006/07 campaign. If you want to ask them a question, then the easiest method is to e-mail goalsonsunday@bskyb.com or Tweet Ben at @benshephard or Kammy at @chris_kammy before 9am on Sunday. We'll be look at all Saturday's action, which features Champions League-chasing Chelsea and Tottenham. There's also the relegation battle to worry about, with Wigan, Blackburn and Wolves all set difficult tasks away from home at Chelsea, West Brom and Stoke respectively. And of course, we'll be looking ahead to a huge Sunday for the title race, where Manchester United can pile the pressure on rivals City by beating QPR at home in the lunchtime kick-off. Should the relegation-fighting Rangers manage to deny the Red Devils all three points, Roberto Mancini's City then face the small matter of facing Arsenal in the afternoon game. So join the gang for Goals on Sunday, 11am, Sky Sports 1.
