Wales international hopes Swansea add to their squad this summer
Swansea full-back Neil Taylor has warned their fans the only target they should set the club next season is survival.
The Swans have wowed Premier League observers this term with their free-flowing football which led to them finishing 11th in the table.
It was the best finish achieved by a side promoted via the play-offs since West Ham in 2006.
Their success has led to a wave of expectation amongst their fans who feel they can attain an even higher placing next season, but Taylor wants Brendan Rodgers' men to stay grounded.
Expectations
"We need to stay up again, it's as simple as that. We don't want to get too far ahead of ourselves," he told the
Evening Post.
"People might think that we've got to push on and that's what we'll try to do.
"But we've got to keep expectations to a minimum. We're a small club in this league, although we've shown we can stand tall this year.
"Over the summer, hopefully we'll strengthen the team and come back strong again."
