Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers expects Luis Suarez to stay at Anfield

Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers remains confident that star striker Luis Suarez will still be at Anfield next season.
Liverpool crashed out of the Europa League last week at the hands of Zenit St Petersburg and are facing a battle to return to continental competition next season, but Rodgers does not feel his summer transfer plans will be hampered by a lack of European action. He added: "European football is not going to define whether a player wants to come to Liverpool or not. Of course it is better if you are in the competitions but I'm sure there are players who will come here because they know there are improvements to come."
