Hamilton manager Alex Neil praised his players after the Accies moved top of the Scottish Premiership table with a 2-2 draw with Dundee United.
Both sides finished with 10 men at Tannadice where all the goals arrived before half-time.
Neil said: "It's really pleasing to be where we are right now. I thought the performance was excellent.
"To be honest, we're disappointed not to have come up here and won the game. This shows how far we've come."
Nadir Ciftci, who was sent-off, fired United ahead on 17 before Mickael Antoine-Curier equalised 11 minutes later.
Hamilton's Darian MacKinnon was dismissed shortly afterwards before Anthony Andreu gave the visitors the lead 11 minutes before the break.
Ciftci was ordered off five minutes before the interval only for Jaroslaw Fojut to head the hosts level on the stroke of half-time.
Neil added: "At the end of the day, I think we're getting the credit we're due.
"We're happy where we are and what people are saying about us.
"We're still the underdog as we're still the smallest club with the smallest budget.
“But that doesn't mean you can't have success and I think we've shown that in a short period of time. Our task now is to try and prolong that."
