Segunda B side Real Betis scored three goals in the final 10 minutes to ensure there was all to play for in the second leg of their Copa del Rey fourth-round tie with Almeria.
The top-flight strugglers had looked in total control of Friday's clash thanks to goals from Mane, Teerasil Dangda, Quique Gonzalez and Edgar.
But the hosts did not give in and late strikes from Ruben Castro (80), Damien Perquis (85) and Jorge Molina (90) put them firmly back in the tie.
Elsewhere, three second-half strikes secured a commanding 3-0 lead for Getafe heading into the away leg of their clash with Eibar.
Pablo Sarabia set the hosts on their way with the opener after 63 minutes and finished the scoring 16 minutes from time, after substitute Alvaro Vazquez had grabbed a second.
Also on Friday night, Primera Division visitors Levante needed a second-half equaliser from Issam El Adoua to earn a 1-1 draw at second-tier Albacete, who had taken an early lead through Thierry Moutinho.
