Highlights of the Sky Bet League One game between Peterborough and AFC Wimbledon.

Peterborough bounced back from last week’s defeat to Doncaster with a 3-2 home win against AFC Wimbledon.

Two goals for Mo Eisa and a great Marcus Maddison strike were enough for Posh despite substitutes Mitch Pinnock and Anthony Wordsworth twice pulling goals back for the visitors.

Wimbledon were playing their first match since manager Wally Downes was charged by the FA for alleged betting breaches, who was subsequently suspended by the club.

Maddison's thunderbolt from outside the area in the 29th minute opened the scoring, then 12 minutes later Eisa skipped past two challenges down the inside right before finding the corner of the net.

However, the struggling Dons were gifted a goal when Pinnock's 22-yard effort squirmed through home goalkeeper Christy Pym seven minutes into the second-half.

Eisa restored the two-goal cushion 14 minutes later, finding the corner after being slipped in by Josh Knight, only for Wordworth to halve the deficit with a fine 25-yard drive with 12 minutes remaining.

Posh, though, nervously held on for the win with striker Ivan Toney also hitting the crossbar.
