England women were beaten 1-0 by Norway in their first warm-up game ahead of Euro 2017.

Ada Hegerberg scored the only goal of the game as Mark Sampson's Lionesses suffered their first defeat in 11 games.

Norway got the winner after 26 minutes in La Manga, Andrine Hegerberg sending over a free-kick which was headed home by her sister Ada.

Lucy Bronze almost levelled just before half-time but her shot was deflected over and Siobhan Chamberlain turned Ingrid Wold's mis-hit cross onto the bar in the second half.

England captain Steph Houghton had a chance to equalise late on but her close-range effort was cleared.
